Sometimes nothing feels as good as the perfect pair of jeans and a simple knit, right?
So in between all those fashionable and eclectic outfits, here’s a quick post on some favourite current daily basics of mine.
Denim can be sooo difficult sometimes, and it’s a pain in the ass to keep trying on different ones. So when I ordered these high waisted ones from & Other Stories, some kind of MIRACLE accured: they fit like a dream. They honestly fit per-fect-ly around my (round) bum and (thin) waist and they have the ideal ankle length. Extra bonus points go to the perfect vintage blue wash and the affordable price. Win!
The knitted cardigan I’m showing here is also by & Other Stories and turns out to be an Autumn favourite already. It’s cropped and bulky but also super chic with the white buttons and puff sleeves! Instant Parisian vibe alert!
And then lastly, two accessories that I’ve been featuring a lot lately: this adorable straw bag by Polene and those fab early Summer Samsøe & Samsøe slippers in snake printed leather. These two fit any simple outfit, and I think that that’s what “essentials” are all about, right?
