Chunky & leather

So far, so good! My style resolutions you could read about in my last post included sticking with the basics and make more use of existing pieces.

I felt like my basics deserved a bit more attention after my more layered looks lately, so I dragged out my beloved leather leggings, my good old Steve Madden booties that seem to look better everyday and of course my dear B-bag! The knit was quite an impulse sales buy (oops, can’t resist Zara…) but I have been wearing it on an almost daily base now, so it was definitely worth hunting through the extremely crowded rayons on a Saturday. Why do I even go sale shopping on a damn Saturday?! Anyway, the knit reminded me of the Hope sweater that was quite a hype some seasons ago, and that I secretly still want. My friend Astrid has it and I’m so damn jealous. This outfit is actually inspired on her phenomenal style! Go to her blog and tell her to finally post her outfits online 🙂

Okay, I’m now off to my friends for a fun little project we’re gonna shoot for the blog! Afterwards I might start thinking about what to pack for my Marrakech trip with the boyfriend next week. EXCITING! Think 20 degrees, loads of sunshine, exotic palmtrees and some cups of mint tea… Looking very much forward!
