After a few super busy weeks, I finally scheduled some of this precious me-time in my agenda before taking off to Marbella. After a spontaneous party with friends on Friday, I spent my Saturday with a slight hangover and some of my dearest friends. My day consisted of sleeping late, a sunny walk to the paper store, a nap on the couch in the afternoon, an iced coffee and a bagel to cure my hangover and a 3 hour movie in the evening. AMAZING.
By taking the time to do these things that I love, I always feel more energetic and radiant. Of course that healthy glow doesn’t come from quietly reading a newspaper in the sun – I do have a little cheating trick… You know that I’m a fervent Estée Lauder fan, and since I used (and completely emptied) their Advanced Night Repair line last year, I was thrilled to hear about their latest night cream update. The Estée Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme is a super hydrating, stimulating and all-in-one moisturizer cream that assures a perfect morning skin.
The proof? Before shooting these pictures, I came home to my roomie in the afternoon after that wild Friday night party, and she m entioned h ow good I looked. Note: I wasn’t wearing any make-up, I was terribly hungover and she’s NOT generous with compliments.
Thank god for lots of quality time and that ultimate drop of cream to unlock my inner beauty.
