Spring outfit & light ramble

Even though I’m not too crazy about this particularly lazy office look, I absolutely LOVE the soft lightning in these photos! My amazing brotographer used one of his brilliant vintage lenses to capture the setting sun in the background, resulting in this insane coloured bokeh <3 I usually love to work with my 40mm f/2.8 lens because it’s much more personal (you can stand very close to the subject), but I can’t deny that the results of this 80-200mm f/2.8L are pretty astonishing.

Anyways, these days are so difficult to dress up for, am I right? When crawling out of bed the morning sun welcomes you with lots of enthusiasm and display, but when you walk out in your breezy trenchcoat, the cold wind blows straight through your bones. CONFUSING. Luckily there’s a solution for this problem that covers both the issue of the chilly wind AND that fixes any bad hair day (hello greasy fringe): the old school beanie.

I know that a while ago I mentioned that I wouldn’t be wearing these beanie things anymore but OH YOU KNOW WHAT, I lied.

Sorry.
