My flea market finds

I’m such a cliché when it comes to Saturdays. I love sleeping late, heading for brunch with friends and browsing through a flea market! On one of the November bank holidays the boyfriend and I did some strolling through town and ended up at a real cool flea market in Antwerp. Since we’re both still busy decorating our apartments, we took the time to scour every single booth! I bumped into these beautiful framed leaves and these cut off vintage wine bottles. My roomie and I have a fabulous (empty) fireplace in our apartment and try to use it to bring some light and warmth to our living room. We’ve had candles in it before, but I thought that these bottles would bring an extra touch!

You like? I paid about €15 for the golden frames and 10 bottles, so that’s what I call a bargain! The beautiful green vase is by La Redoute, the fake palm leaf by Ikea and the cone candle by Zara Home.
