If there’s one thing that connects my girl squad, it’s probably music and laughter. We’d rather invest our money in concerts and festivals than spending it on 7 new trending outfits every month. And that’s another thing we definitely have in common: we stick to the basics.
Last month we traveled to Berlin to attend a concert of one of our favourite bands (Hurts!) and tried to pack a minimum of clothing. After all, when you’re doing the things you love, you only have to wear the things that you truly love! So while getting ready for the gig, we had a fun 5.01 o’ clock moment in our AirBnb apartment with the only essential ingredients necessary: Hurts’ latest tracks, freshly delivered pizza slices and our favourite Levi’s 501 denim.
Three different girls, personalities and 501 versions: Lisa opted for the revamped 501 CT‘s in surf shack, I brought my original 501 men’s jeans in spring light and Robin was all about the original 501‘s in light sky delta. With a minimum of extra eye-catchers (a little fringe, faux fur or hat never hurt nobody) we headed off to the concert for the night of our lives!
I guess our outfits did the trick, because we ended up hanging backstage with the band after the show! A crazy night my 501’s will ALWAYS remind me of.
