If you're looking for high-quality and timeless items in Antwerp, Garde-robe Nationale is the place to be. This multilabel store is owned by Nathalie Lachat, who is also the designer of her own label Magdalena (which I've worked for some years ago). She kindly invited me and a few other bloggers for a drink in her renewed store. Yes, renewed, because Garde-robe Nationale has been a well-known store in Antwerp for 11 years already. The store got a make-over and looks better than ever!
We had a little chat, tried on some pieces and experienced the peace the store radiates. Here you can really take your time for shopping, while being advised by the Garderobe Nationale team. They stock labels like Magdalena, Attic&Barn, Humanoid, Closed, Bruuns Bazaar, Tim Van Steenbergen, Omsk and many many more. As you can see, Garde-robe Nationale tries is a good representation of some of our finest national brands. Take a look at some of my snapshots:
This Closed oversized jumper was my number 1 favourite piece, by far! <3
Gorgeous ensemble by Bruuns Bazaar that resembled me a lot of Marni.
Britt capturing fashionable moments.
Glitter shoes that Nathalie took home!
Really can't resist cute dresses and faux furs...
Dress by Tara Jarmon, faux fur by Sandrina Fasoli
Marijs tried on this sparkly Magdalena collar necklace.
Know that horrible feeling, that someone walks in the room wearing the same outfit? Apparently Nathalie and I were skirt-friends! We didn't mind at all ;-) As Anna Dello Russo stated: "If someone wears the same outfit as you, wonderful, you got it right!"

Thank you Nathalie & Oona PR for inviting me!
