Last week Belgian brand Essentiel opened their first accessory store in Antwerp. I only returned from Cologne a few hours earlier and had to come up with something creative for my outfit, as I had no time to go home first. Minimalistic, boxy looks with girly or frilly accents peeping out are something I've always liked so the decision was made quite quickly. I threw an oversized jumper over my party dress from the night before and tadaa: a complete new outfit with a very different feel!
Essentiel is a brand that I associate with loads of colour, original details and crazy prints. This idea of mine got confirmed the minute I walked into the brand new store. I got pretty overwhelmed by the colours, prints and textures and didn't really know where to start. With some bubbles in one hand, Belgian fries in the other and my camera around my neck I made my tour through the store. On my wishlist? Basically all the shoes (studs! leopard! snake!), all the bracelets (skulls!), the cute brooches and of course the beautiful large travel bags. Pretty please!

PS: Tomorrow morning I'll be on a plane to New York City, baby! This family trip is my and my twin brother's 21st birthday present from our parents and I'm sure we will enjoy it to the fullest.
